FEAR! It is the number one barrier to living confidently and realizing your own dreams. You experience it every day in small as well as large doses. You don’t do something you wish to do because of FEAR! Be aware, it is the little demon that sits on our shoulders holding us back from happiness, growth, and self-fulfillment.
“Once you become fearless, your life becomes limitless.”
Sometimes our fear is about overcoming fear. All our abilities and potential are always challenged by the fears we face. Don’t be afraid to fail; rather be afraid not to try. Fearlessness and confidence are related; if you don’t fear anything, you will naturally be confident. The good news is it doesn’t matter What you fear because there are always ways available to deal with these things.
Fear is only in the mind. Does everything you fear come true? Research shows that 80% of our fears and problems never happen. Think! In such a case what is the point about drooling over them? Fearlessness enables you to do unbelievable things and also feel content about them.

Start becoming aware when you surpass through feelings of “fear” of “being afraid.” The Secret by Rhonda Byrne is a powerful book which talks about the “law of attraction”; keep in mind like attracts like. Respect fear the way it is; take it as an ally that guides you through your tough situations.
OWN IT. Carl Jung, a psychologist, has quoted that whatever you resist will persist. The things we fail to acknowledge about ourselves ultimately find ways of disrupting our success. To confront your fears and own them. RISK IT. We, humans, excel at imagining awful things, and often we imagine things that won’t happen. Taking the leap of faith and risking your fear is not a great deal.
You have to face your fears and fight them like a warrior. Everything that you try results in an outcome. Never associate your failure to your self-worth. Failure is pointing us towards an aspect of our goal that requires more attention. Following this perspective, failure should be considered as an indication pointing us towards the best path to attain our goal. Susan Jeffers book “Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway”, sets a perfect example that we walk through our entire life carrying fears.
What happens when you remove fear?
When you remove fear, confidence tends to emerge. Confidence is believing that outcomes will be positive for you, while fear is worrying about the occurrence of a negative result. The key lies in knowing that fears are healthy and helpful too. Opportunities only pay off if you are willing to take them, which can only happen if you let go of the fear and gain confidence. The next time you face a situation like this, trust yourself and move forward!
