If yes, spend time designing your life. It helps you in developing great self-esteem and you focus on things you want to achieve. Start with meditation and contemplating on your own thoughts. Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirecting your thoughts. You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Hari Sharma, College of Medicine, Ohio has discussed in his study the process of meditation and its effects. He suggested that meditation is an exercise of consciousness that results in the expansion of consciousness beyond our daily life. Nevertheless, one question though: how to explore yourself?

HERE IS THE HACK!

 While meditating, introspect, and explore yourself by asking questions that unearth the very core of your beliefs. Seek what is good in yourself; know that you are naturally good at something. Ask yourself what is the thing that you would enjoy doing the most without being compensated? Know what the causes that are dear to you are. What matters to you the most? What will others think about you in your absence? The more you think, the more you traverse your thoughts and beliefs. Then try defining personal success from your point of view. Lastly, notice one thing that shall help you achieve mastery in life. These are the power questions, which shall help you dismantle yourself and make you know your own potential.

However, the question arises of why design life? Why not let it evolve itself?

An interior designer designs a home to make it beautiful and appealing. An artist designs his piece to make it look marvelous. So why not design your own life to make it beautiful and a better place. Look at yourself not as a whole person, but in parts. Try learning what each part in your body manifests. The way you build the foundation of your life depends on the non-negotiable values and rituals that you have in your life. These values are what you believe in, not something that are imposed on you socially. Moreover, the only way to come across such values and rituals is self-introspection. Some rituals that I have developed along my journey of greatness are Choosing food based on nutrition, not on morality. Eat what makes you fit and discriminate less between its types. Workout every day to strengthen your muscles, amidst the situations around. Embrace Nature and connect with it. In every walk in with nature, one receives more than he seeks. Lastly, work hard the whole day, to feel satisfied while you go back to sleep to energize yourself.

Let me share with you all, some non-negotiable values.

BELIEVING, FOCUSING AND BEING YOURSELF.

Be honest though ruthless.
Believe that you will achieve dreams and focus on attaining success. Spend time with people who are smarter than you are – who can help you grow and progress in the routine. Be a leader, not a follower. Make the world a better place. Always win or either learn. Never take yourself as a loser, learn from your mistakes and the past and be proud of yourself for trying. Embrace pain; challenge yourself on a journey of difficult situations and seek new things. They say “No pain, No gain” – getting hurt is the difficult part, but that is how we learn and grow. Be highly energized all day rather than being sad. Avoid being guilty and drooling over all the bad things in your life. Lastly remember, Life is a gift to cherish and so to preserve. Never give up. Believe that you can reach the high and move on focusing on what you want to attain.

It is time for you now, to find your own values. To design your own life. To set your own rules! “You only live once, make the most out of it.”
